Regarding the KHEI total score, those in the lowest quintile (Q1) had significantly higher odds of prediabetes compared to Q5 in Model 1 (OR, 1.43; 95% CI, 1.06–1.93; P < 0.05), with a significant trend across quintiles ( P for trend = 0.003).
