Further analysis of the mean ranks for mRS at each time point showed a trend of decreasing disability, with the highest mean rank at baseline (6.81) and progressively lower mean ranks during the intervention (ranging from 5.73 at month 2 to 2.47 at month 6), with a slight increase at the 12-month follow-up (2.52), as detailed in Table 4 . 4.
