According to the present work, while the effect of psilocybin did not reach statistical significance in the individual behavioural tests for anxiety-like behaviours, we found an overall statistically significant decrease in anxiety-like behaviour in both non-stressed and stressed mice when using the z-score that integrates the behavioural outcomes of the individual tests (see Figure S3 ).
