Regarding OS, a median of 31 months was estimated in the anastomotic leakage group compared to 58 months in the Non-anastomotic leakage group, although the difference did not reach statistical significance (HR 0.69; 95% CI 0.4 to 1.2, P = 0.17) (Fig. 2 ).
