We observed elevated CD62P expression in the advanced insulin resistance group compared with those with normal insulin sensitivity in response to the higher concentration of CRP-XL (29,167 ± 2177 vs 22,829 ± 2535, p <0.001), while differences with PAC-1 and PS failed to reach statistical significance (Fig. 2 b, c).
