Our finding showed that for countries such as Australia, France, Switzerland, and Brazil, HPV vaccination coverage showed a significant downward trend with the increase of age groups, while in China and South Korea, vaccination coverage showed a trend of first increase and then decline, and the maximum coverage rate was concentrated in the 20–29 age group.
