3.3 Associations of early-onset CHD and its PRS with WMH volume In 40 290 participants completed brain MRI scans during a median follow-up of 9.3 years (IQR: 4.3 to 13.8 years) since baseline, a significant trend was detected, with early-onset CHD being related to the largest WMH volume (per-group increment: β: 0.031, 95% CI: 0.005 to 0.057, P = 0.018, Table 5 ).
