At 72 hpf, compared with the 1-B-36-CCZ exposure group, zebrafish co-exposed to 1-B-36-CCZ and Verapamil showed a trend toward a reduced pericardial area and a significant decrease in heart rate, such that these parameters were not significantly different from those of the control group ( Figure 4 A–C).
