Although not statistically significant, in forest plots, the TT genotype showed a trend toward a protective effect compared to the CC genotype (OR = 0.92, 95% CI: 0.75–1.13), suggesting it may be associated with lower odds of drug-resistant epilepsy ( Figure 15 ).
