Mortality rates tended to be lower in patients who underwent surgical therapy for hepatic MCM (6/17 with available data, 35%) than in those with non-surgical management (12/22, 55%), although this trend did not reach statistical significance ( p = 0.334; Fisher’s exact test) ( Figure 4 ).
