Conclusions In conclusion, we have demonstrated that the usage of the Endurant endoprosthesis is related to acceptable results in patients with an aneurysm with wide and/or conical neck, but more complications seem to occur, particularly in the wide-neck cohort and that more reinterventions are needed, although the differences did not reach statistical significance.
