It is shown that when a low-surface-resistance ITO reflective layer (square resistance I 2 = 6 Ω/sq) is used, the simulation results show a significant trend of agreement with the theoretical predictions, but the theoretical model predicts significantly deeper reflection coefficient valleys than the simulation results at the resonance frequency point.
