10 In overall analysis, oral quizartinib was superior to placebo in terms of OS (primary trial endpoint, HR 0.78, p = 0.03), and an exploratory analysis of relapse-free survival (RFS) in patients who had achieved CR during induction showed a strong trend toward improved outcomes in the treatment arm ( n = 297; RFS, HR 0.61), although there was no second randomization in the post-CR phase.
