Patients with p-RPA2-high HGSCs showed a trend toward increased PFS (17.1 vs. 9.9 months, hazard ratio 0.7, 95% CI 0.3–1.7, P = 0.4) and OS (47.1 vs. 32.7 months, hazard ratio 0.60, 95% CI 0.24–1.51, P = 0.3) compared with those with p-RPA2-low HGSCs ( Figure 1C and Supplemental Figure 4 ).
