Discussion There is an increasing trend to adopt a combined endo-HR in UC clinical trials. 20 Our new Endo-Histo fusion model integrates endoscopic videos and histologic WSIs from a clinical trial, outperforming single-modality approaches in assessing HR and response to Mirikizumab at 12 and 52 weeks.
