Quartile-stratified analysis revealed that the highest DI-GM quartile (Q4, ≥ 6) had a 17% lower CVD prevalence than the lowest quartile (Q1, 0–3) (OR = 0.83, 95% CI: 0.72–0.95, p = 0.008), with a significant trend ( p for trend < 0.001).
