The highest detection rates in our region were for HPV52 and HPV58, but based on our further analysis, we found that these two types were predominantly concentrated in patients with LSIL, whereas HPV16 showed a significant trend of enrichment with lesion progression, which is consistent with the global consensus [ 36 ].
