In mice, a single ip injection with a biostable fluoro analogue of 7α,25OHC, the EBI2 agonist, also showed a trend towards downregulation of VE-cadherin in the brain with no such trend observed for Occludin or N-cadherin ( Additional Fig. 4 ) .
