When patients with R/M HNSCC with a cutaneous primary subsite ( N = 4) were excluded from the survival analysis, the trend for improved survival for patients with high TILs and CPS ≥ 1 remained, although it did not reach statistical significance given low numbers in each group (mOS 18.5 months [95% CI 11.7–25.1] vs. 10.5 months [95% CI 4.5–16.6], p = 0.072). 3.5.
