Furthermore, the testosterone and intracellular cAMP levels in the pcDNA3.1(+)-lncRWDD3 + 200 ng/mL prolactin group were significantly higher than those in the pcDNA3.1(+)-lncRWDD3 group, and the lncRWDD3 interference group showed a trend toward increased testosterone after 200 ng/mL of prolactin was added, which suggests a facilitating effect of PRL on testosterone secretion ( Figure 5 B).
