The vaginal hysterectomy group also showed a trend toward fewer infective (5.2% vs. 13.0%, 12.8%), wound (1.3% vs. 8.9%, 8.9%) and medical (3.9% vs. 7.3%, 6.9%) complications compared to the abdominal hysterectomy and ovarian surgery groups (Figures 2 and 3 ; Figure S3 ; Tables S6–S9 ). 3.4 By kidney replacement therapy modality Mortality varied by KRT modality ( P = 0.026), peaking at 6.9% among patients on PD compared with 0.6% on HD, 3.3% on HHD, and 0.5% among transplant recipients.
