Their findings show that after replacing the SACH foot with a multiaxial foot, patients have maintained the same level of stability and perceived safety while presenting a slightly significant improvement in some critical clinical aspects of daily life, including overall mobility, balance, general comfort, and perceived satisfaction with prosthesis.
