SGNT: Aβ deposition In the basic model for the SGNT, a greater amount of Aβ deposition was associated with a smaller performance change after two and three practice trials, with slopes β = −0.97% and −1.96% for two and three practice trials, respectively ( Table 4 , Figure 1 ) The decline in performance change associated with greater Aβ deposition after three practice trials appeared to be steeper compared to that after two practice trials ( β = −0.99%), although the difference did not reach statistical significance (p = 0.86) ( Table 4 ).
