Relugolix also showed a trend toward a higher percentage of patients with testosterone recovery 90 days post-treatment cessation and a 54% lowering of the risk of major adverse cardiovascular events compared with leuprolide; and this was all based on the data generated from the HERO trial, which we published in the New England Journal [of Medicine] [ 7 ].
