In multivariable analysis, compared with older-aged MSDs, there was no significant difference in OS with haplo donors (hazard ratio [HR], 1.02; 95% CI, 0.88-1.18; P = 1.00) or MMUDs (HR, 1.00; 95% CI, 0.83-1.21; P = 1.00), and the higher OS observed with young MUDs did not reach statistical significance (HR, 1.20; 95% CI, 1.03-1.41; P = .09; Table 3 ; Figure 1 A).
