This study found that intravenous injection during the operation combined with continuous infusion through an analgesic pump for 48 h after the operation (Group C) can reduce the incidence of PPD one week after childbirth by 51%, while single administration during the operation alone (Group A) or infusion only through the postoperative analgesic pump (Group B) did not reach statistical significance.
