Our analysis showed a trend toward a higher aspiration rate in the SOK group, with a significantly higher proportion of patients achieving “well-aspirated (> 70%).” This suggests that the SOK trajectory, aligned more closely with the long axis of the hematoma, may contribute to efficient hematoma evacuation in select cases.
