Although the between-group difference in sedentary time reduction did not reach statistical significance [−0.4 (−1.0 to 0.3) hours/day] the proportion of patients with post-rehabilitation sedentary time exceeding the upper limit of normal (≥ 9.5 h/day) was significantly lower in the SIT LESS program group than in the control group (48% vs. 72%), and the likelihood of being sedentary ≥ 9.5 h/day was reduced. 3.4.
