Compared to the G group, ALω-3 supplementation resulted in a significantly greater reduction in serum glutamate pyruvate transaminase (GPT) levels (i.e., equivalent to a decrease of 71.0%; p < 0.01); Mω-3 supplementation resulted in a significant reduction in serum GPT levels (i.e., equivalent to a decrease of 63.6%; p < 0.05); and CMω-3 supplementation showed a trend toward reducing GPT levels, but this reduction was not significant (i.e., equivalent to a decrease of 45.0%; ( p > 0.05), ( Figure 7 A).
