In this German multicenter study ( n = 179), adjuvant nivolumab showed a trend toward improved DFS at 12 and 24 months, but interpretation is complicated by the high use of adjuvant radiation in the observation arm (74% of patients) compared to the nivolumab arm (50%) [ 16 ].
