In the ATLS domain, most tasks demonstrated statistically significant improvement after simulation training (p<0.05), except for three tasks-external hemorrhage control by compression, administration of IV crystalloids, and ordering of chest X-rays-which showed improvement but did not reach statistical significance (p>0.05).
