The results of the phase III CROWN study suggest that compared to the generation of the ALK-TKI Crizotinib, Lorlatinib achieved a 5-year PFS rate of 60%, and a 5-year rate of 92% free of intracranial progression, both Lorlatinib groups showed a trend towards better benefit [ 16 ].
