Significant electrolyte imbalance was also observed in terms of elevated potassium levels in the AKI group ( p = 0.001), whereas sodium and calcium differences did not reach statistical significance. Hemoglobin and platelet counts were significantly lower in the AKI group, while WBC was higher, reflecting a more severe systemic response.
