Although KILLIP class did not reach statistical significance as an independent predictor of in-hospital ST in the multivariate analysis, the proportion of patients presenting with KILLIP class 3 and 4 was higher in the ST group compared to the control group—3.6% vs. 12.5% and 3.9% vs. 25%, respectively.
