While suicidal and/or self-harm ideation and sleep disturbance showed significant improvement in the Text4Support group compared to the CG, differences in other mental health outcomes, such as general well-being (WHO-5), resilience (BRS), depression (PHQ-9), and anxiety (GAD-7), did not reach statistical significance, although participants in the IG experienced the greatest reduction in symptoms.
