A significant trend was observed, with all-cause and cardiovascular mortality risk decreasing substantially as GNRI increased, particularly for GNRI values below 104.19 ( Figure 3 ). 3.4 Subgroup analysis We conducted a stratified analysis further to investigate the relationship between GNRI and mortality outcomes, stratifying participants by gender, age, education level, and marital status ( Figure 4 ).
