Although gender differences did not reach statistical significance in our co‐mutation cohort ( p = 0.08, Figure 2C and Table S6 ), pooled literature data indicated that females had a significantly better prognosis than males (HR = 3.70, 95% CI: 0.98–13.97, p = 0.04, Figure 2D and Table S6 ).
