By hospital level, tertiary hospitals accounted for a higher number of cases (46.2%, n=124), though the difference in malpractice case frequency across hospital levels did not reach statistical significance, the proportion for tertiary hospitals remained high [χ 2 = 2.811, p = 0.245].
