In our cohort, although the proportion of poorly differentiated tumors (G3) in the LNM(+) group (23.68%) was higher than in the LNM(−) group (12.68%), the difference did not reach statistical significance—likely due to the limited number of G3 cases, which accounted for only 14.4% of the total sample, thereby reducing statistical power.
