Although the pooled analysis yielded an RR of 0.39 (95% CI: 0.13 to 1.23; p=0.11; I2=0), as depicted in Figure 2 , suggesting a potentially favorable trend toward reduced cardiovascular risk with vitamin D supplementation, this effect did not reach statistical significance.
