Although the primary endpoint—6-month recurrence—did not reach statistical significance (14.8% vs. 21.0%, adjusted OR 0.64; 95% CI 0.36–1.14; p = 0.13), the direction of the effect supports our findings and aligns with the risk reduction observed in our pooled 90-day data.
