Although the MISA scores of the patients in terms of DAS28-CRP and DAS28-ESR averages were higher than those with MTX intolerance, they did not reach statistical significance. However, according to the MISA questionnaire, there was statistical significance in CDAI and HAQ, quality of life scales, mainly clinical parameters, in those with MTX intolerance.
