Limitations Although this study offers meaningful insights into the distress and quality-of-life differences between breast cancer patients with high and moderate penetrance gene mutations, several limitations must be acknowledged to contextualize the findings appropriately and guide future research efforts: Sample size constraints: with 110 participants, the sample was relatively small, which may have limited the statistical power of the analysis, especially for variables with borderline significance.
