Other findings, which did not reach statistical significance at the 5% level (e.g., p-values ≥ 0.05), included the following: male subjects were overall 3.9 times more likely to develop persistent changes ( p = 0.1); individuals in the highest weight category (111–123 kg) had an increased risk with an OR of 2.0 ( p = 0.1); and vaccination reduced the risk of developing persistent changes by an estimated OR of 0.4 ( p = 0.1).
