Conversely, NCS may not be fully effective in differentiating CANOMAD from anti-MAG/SGPG neuropathy, as the present case of CANOMAD showed a trend of distal demyelination in a particular nerve without conduction block, a pattern that cannot definitively rule out anti-MAG/SGPG neuropathy [ 6 ].
