While there was a greater tetanic [Ca 2+ ] i that approached significance in Early-EOC SkQ1 mice vs Early-EOC CON across all frequencies ( P =0.08, Figure 7 B ) , high-frequency stimulation analysis still demonstrates no muscle weakness occurred in Early-EOC CON despite decreases in tetanic [Ca 2+ ] i within Early-EOC CON and also Early-EOC SkQ1 mice compared to Sham ( Figure 7 C and D).
