Although the association did not reach statistical significance (χ 2 = 5.57, p = 0.062), logistic regression indicated a borderline effect, with a slight increase in the odds of osteoporosis (OR = 1.24; 95% CI: 0.99–1.56; p = 0.051), as shown in Figure 3 b.
