In contrast, neither the entire cohort nor the sex-disaggregated population of healthcare professionals showed a statistically significant difference in anti-S/RBD distributions when the same categorization based on fold variation (≥1.5 and <1.5) was applied for miR-221-3p and miR-155-5p ( Figure 2 D–I), although they showed a trend similar to that observed with miR-148a-3p.
