The results of the “Prospective comparison of ARNI with ARB Given following stabiLization In DEcompensated HFpEF (PARAGLIDE-HF)” study [ 23 ] showed a trend favoring sacubitril/valsartan vs. valsartan to reduce a hierarchical clinical endpoint of CV death, HF hospitalizations, urgent HF visits, and change in NT-proBNP among HFpEF patients (LVEF > 40%) with recent worsening HF.
