We observed a clear trend of increased levels of the adipogenic markers, namely Acetyl-CoA carboxylase and sterol regulatory element-binding protein 1 as well as a significant increase in the levels of sterol regulatory element-binding protein 2 and a reduction in the levels of insulin-induced gene 1.
